Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customer Responsibility & Return Risk

The return is at the customer’s own risk. If the package is lost, stolen, or damaged during return, the store reserves the right to refuse the refund.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

No return processing fee will be charged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Final sale items
  • Orders for resellers (B2B / Wholesale)
  • Customized or made-to-order products

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original item for approval, then place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition as received: new, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
