Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be clearly indicated on our website, inclusive of all taxes, during the checkout process, and must be accepted by the Customer when confirming the order.

Shipping fees are shown as a separate line item distinct from the product price. The amount may vary depending on the delivery destination, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are indicated on the website and depend on the shipping method chosen by the Customer. Delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, products will be delivered within the timeframes specified during the order process and before order confirmation. Delivery times are also included in the order confirmation email sent to the Customer.

Delivery times include order processing, preparation, shipment, and transit to the delivery address (Customer’s postal address or designated pickup point).

If no delivery timeframe is indicated on the website for certain products, Fansee3D commits to delivering them within a maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation email sent to the Customer. The products will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on the website and at the time of order.

Third-Party Carriers

Fansee3D uses third-party carriers (such as postal services or courier companies) for product delivery. We are dependent on these service providers and are not responsible for delays caused by them or any resulting consequences.

Risk and Responsibility

When delivery requires a signature, the signed receipt serves as proof of correct delivery. Risk and responsibility for the products pass to the Customer upon receipt. From this date, the Customer is solely responsible for the products, their use, and any consequences.

The Customer must inspect the order at the time of delivery to ensure it is complete, correct, and undamaged. If the order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, the Customer should refuse delivery and not sign any delivery confirmation. Any order received with a signature will be considered complete, correct, and in perfect condition at the time of delivery.
